Dutch Healthcare Society has several senior Experts for interim management-assignments within Healthcare, who can be deployed (internationally) at strategic, tactical and operational level, in particular in the field of change management and crisis management, but also for project management.
Customization is extremely important here; the interim manager always comes from (health) care, and must have a profile that is corresponding to (the weight of) the assignment.
